If you're not satisfied with your Townsie subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through Townsie.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard or via Paddle. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and aren't billed again.
